Portfolio of Interior Design Projects

I wish so much I could take you to each and every project and show you my work and introduce you to my clients. That way you could feel the energy in these rooms and hear the excitement in the voices of my clients when their work in complete. I have visited my client's homes one year after the project, and it still looks like the day we left! Unfortunately, photos just can't do these rooms justice. With that said, photos are the best we can do for now. Here are just a sample of my work. Enjoy!

This homeowner needed a sanctuary for herself and her husband from the demands of 4 children, jobs, and their hectic life. She had been living in their house for 11 years and the master bedroom was the only room not touched. We fixed all of that! This living room hadn't been touched in 30 years! Using a One-Day Redesign and the Power of Placement, we completely changed the feel of the room while using all of the homeowners items she already owned! The only expense was new window treatments and a few new lamps! What a transformation!    top

This home is a beautiful Victorian that needed to function for the modern family. In this addition, the homeowner had beautiful things but they were not put to their best use. By orienting the furniture in a new, modern arrangement, we created just the right atmosphere for conversation, family fun, and their new plasma television set!    top

Another Victorian just 3 houses down from the previous one! This example really demonstrates the what a difference The Power of Placement really makes in a space! We made no changes to the furniture, but added window treatments, arwork, lamps, and a coffee table ottoman to make the room more approachable and inviting.     top

This is an example of Real Estate Staging. This home was for sale, and the homeowner planned to replace her dated furniture in her new home. When we first arrived, the homeowner had her various pieces of furniture shoved against the walls of her very large living room. By pulling the furniture into the center of the room, we created a very inviting conversation area that also mimicked on the home's best selling features, the vaulted ceiling. This home sold in 2 weeks after our complete staging, and had been on the market for 3 months prior to staging. Home Staging Sells!     top

This bedroom was a 16 year old horse lover. Our goal was to honor her interest and personality, but to bring her out of the pre-teen scene. We toned down the baby-blue color with a chocolate brown stripe. Then we coralled and edited her collection of model horses and organized them on floating shelves. Now she can sit on her bed and see her collection, as well as have space for reading, homework, and visiting with friends.     top
